The Squat and Its Progressions | Infographic

The squat is a fundamental exercise that we teach all our youth contingent very early on in their foundation phase of training. The exercise is a key performance indicator with regards to jumping height and sprinting and leaving it out of a training program would require a very valid reason. The graphic shows our progression/regression pathway and each progression must be achieved with sound ability before advancing to more complexed variations.
