Warm-ups.... what do you know about this common phrase? Time and time again we hear of individuals preparing themselves ineffectively for their sport or training session. A quick jog around a pitch or a five minute cycle in the gym is simply not enough. Using the RAMP protocol inspired by the work of Dr Ian Jefferies is a sure-fire way to adequately prepare the individual mentally and physically for the demands of exercise/competition.
